How do I download these documents for use on my hard drive?
Place your cursor over the PDF drawing.  Press the right click on your mouse.  A window will pop up.  Select the option "Save Target As".   This will then ask where you want to save the document.  Select the appropriate file on your hard drive and click "save".  Remember to occasionally check back to this Internet site to make sure that you have the most recent version of the text.
